- I love creating

My Resume

My path has not been straightforward. In high school, my focus was art, and my studio art portfolio got me accepted to UT Austin. I always loved computers though; in my free time, I played games and styled my own Tumblr blog with HTML and CSS (though I didn't know those terms at the time!).

At UT I decided to combine my art background with my interest in computers, so I switched into the Arts and Entertainment Technology major where I learned to program and develop video games.

It felt like I was just scratching the surface of my creative and technical potential though. I decided to devote my attention wholeheartedly to website development, so I spent my evenings and weekends working through bootcamp material, following tutorials, and building out my portfolio. And after a few years of hard work, I was offered an internship at PreSnap, an Austin-based sports technology startup, and a year later I was brought on full time.

In just the past few years, I have thrived in the world of tech. It's a field where I am always learning and practicing; every new topic is a treasure waiting to be unearthed, and I have an endless supply of curiosity and shovels.
